June 6th – 8th, 2008 Download 2008 Gear Town Application What: Gear Town is an opportunity for manufacturers and retailers to directly immerse themselves in the mountain sports and lifestyle scene while selling products to a targeted audience of outdoor enthusiasts at the Teva Mountain Games in Vail, Colorado. The Gear Town provides an area and atmosphere that is always buzzing with excitement, allowing companies to educate and expose their targer market to their products. The 2008 Teva Mountain Games @ Vail will host competitions in kayaking, climbing, mountain biking, trail running, road biking, fishing and rafting. The five-day event will hold a multitude of events and activities catering to professional athletes, weekend warriors and spectators alike. Coming off the success of the 2007 event, we anticipate over 2,000 athletes and 33,000 spectators to join us for this action-packed and fun-filled weekend. Gear Town exhibitors will also benefit from a central location in the heart of Vail Village during a prime summer weekend. When: June 6th – 8th, 2008. Set-up times: June 5th from 2:00pm – 6:00pm June 6th from 7:00am – 9:00am Where: Vail Village at the Teva Mountain Games in Vail, Colorado Cost: $1,200 for a 10’ x 10’, $1,600 for a 10’ x 20’, and $2,500 for a 10’ x 30', $3,000 for a 20' x 60' (Bike Trailer) *All Gear Town applications subject to approval by Untraditional Marketing due to potential sponsor conflicts.
